1.Data we process
Account: email, name (if provided), country/language, settings.
Authentication/security: password hashes, tokens, sign-in events, 2FA.
Billing: identifiers of payment providers; we do not store full card data.
AI operational data: prompts/files/Output, selected models/providers, system messages, telemetry (time, errors, tokens).
Technical & cookies: IP, user agent, device/OS, cookies/localStorage, session identifiers.
Communications: support tickets, marketing preferences, records of consents/withdrawals.
2.Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)
Providing the Service and billing — contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Security, abuse prevention, telemetry — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) with balancing test.
Marketing/analytics, non-essential cookies — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), revocable at any time.
Legal obligations — Art. 6(1)(c) (tax, accounting, responses to authorities).
Where necessary — Art. 6(1)(f) to protect rights/interests; Art. 6(1)(e) for requests from competent authorities.
3.AI data: training, routing, minimization
Model training. By default we do not use your prompts/Output to train our models or third-party base models without separate consent.
Routing to AI providers. Your Input/Output may be processed by selected AI providers (in their data centers) for the intended purpose—generation and moderation. We transmit only what is necessary and, where available, enable “do not use data for training.” The specific list of providers, their regions, and links to their policies are on the “Subprocessors & Models” page.
Aggregated metrics. We collect de-identified metrics for stability and quality; personal history can be disabled in settings.
4.Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary — authentication, security, basic performance (no consent).
Analytics/marketing — only with active consent via a banner with equal-weight buttons Accept / Decline / Settings, without pre-ticked boxes or dark patterns.
Preferences can be changed at any time.
5. Retention (defaults)
Account — term of service + 12 months.
Input/Output history — 90 days (you can delete/disable).
Logs — 180 days.
Payment records/invoices — 6 years.
Support — up to 24 months after ticket closure.
“Legal hold” may apply in disputes/requirements.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and rights regarding automated decisions/profiling—by request to info@aipotnetwork.com. We typically respond within 1 month and may request identity verification. The Service is not intended for persons under 18; we do not knowingly collect their data.
7. Automated decisions and AI transparency
We use automated filters/scoring solely for anti-fraud, moderation, and rate limiting. You may contest a decision and request human review. Where we provide synthetic content, we label it by available means (visual markers/metadata).
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy; material changes will be communicated via banner/email.
