Scope: purchases of digital credits and/or subscriptions for access to AI functions/models on aipotnetwork.com.

1.General

Credits are units debited for generations; they are not e-money and are not convertible to fiat. Unless stated otherwise, credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Credits are debited upon actual generations/calls, including failed calls due to user fault. Where a failure is confirmed to be our fault—we will adjust/restore credits.

2. Refunds for unused credits

Used credits are non-refundable. Unused credits may be refunded where required by law or in case of prolonged confirmed unavailability of the Service due to our fault.

3. How to request a refund

Email info@aipotnetwork.com with subject Refund: include the account email, purchase date, payment method, transaction ID, and basis (e.g., 14-day withdrawal without performance; prolonged outage; lack of conformity). We usually respond within 3 days; refunds are made via the original payment method; non-refundable provider fees may be withheld where permitted by law.

4. Chargebacks and abuse

Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in access suspension pending investigation. Repeated unwarranted chargebacks constitute a breach of the Terms. This does not limit your lawful Consumer rights.
