We are an aggregator and orchestrator of artificial intelligence services. The Service provides (i) a web interface for individuals and teams and (ii) an API gateway/router for programmatic integration. Our role is to safely and transparently route your requests to selected AI models/providers and to provide auxiliary tools around that process.
1.1. Service components
1.2. Routing and model selection
You may explicitly choose a model/provider or use routing modes (e.g., fast/thorough/economical). The router may consider cost, limits, known constraints (context window, size/type of attachments, tool support, multimodality), as well as current availability. If a provider experiences outages, retries and fallbacks to compatible models are possible—if you have allowed them in the project settings.
1.3. Data transmitted and minimization
Only data necessary to fulfill the request is sent to AI providers: inputs (prompts/files/instructions), system messages, selected generation parameters, and service metadata (request identifiers, information for moderation and routing). We strive to minimize volume and sensitivity of data (e.g., trimming long contexts, privacy editing of attachments where enabled). You can enable/disable history saving in settings. By default, your data is not used to train our models or third-party base models without separate consent.
1.4. Caching, storage, and retention
To reduce latency we may use ephemeral caching of results and files. Long-term storage of history/files is governed by your settings (default—per the Policy: history 90 days). Cache and logs are not intended for reuse in model training. You can disable caching at the project level, understanding this may degrade performance.
1.5. Streaming, quotas, and limits
Responses may be streamed if supported by the provider. We apply quotas and rate limits for stability; limits may depend on your plan, system state, and provider commitments. We may temporarily change limits and suspend output in case violations or security risks.
1.6. Compatibility, format transformation, and tools
We perform format transformations (e.g., unify schema) and adapt parameters to various APIs. Some extensions may behave differently across providers; functional equivalence is not guaranteed. When using third-party models and services, their terms and licenses apply to you (pricing, acceptable use, IP provisions, export controls and sanctions).
1.7. Transparency and auditability
In the interface (and via API) we aim to display: model name/version, provider, relevant limits (context/attachments), knowledge cutoff, key generation parameters, and a link to the provider’s rules. Enhanced audit logs are available for enterprise plans (to the extent compatible with privacy and law).
1.8. Limitations and warranty disclaimer
We are not the developer of all base models used and do not control their quality/availability; errors, delays, or disabling of certain models or features without prior notice are possible. If SLA/region/model are critical to you, use the corresponding settings/constraints or an enterprise plan.
2. Contract formation; pre-payment disclosures
Before payment we display: service description, total price (including taxes/fees), credit validity/subscription period, renewal/cancellation terms, compatibility/limitations. After payment you receive confirmation on a durable medium (email) with all terms and any recorded consents (where applicable).
3. Payments, taxes, credits, and subscriptions
Payment is via external payment providers; we do not store full card data. Credits are debited for model calls and features; unless stated otherwise, credits are valid for 12 months. Subscriptions with auto-renewal may be available; cancellation is in your account and takes effect at the end of the paid period. For online payments SCA (PSD2) applies; we may conduct anti-fraud checks.
4.Rights to Input and Output; license to the Service
You retain rights to your Input and (subject to law and third-party rights) to use the Output. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process the Input/Output to the extent necessary to operate, secure, back up, cache, moderate, and troubleshoot the Service. We do not claim uniqueness/accuracy of Output; fact-checking and appropriate use are your responsibility.
5.AI-specific disclosures
5.1. Risks of generative AI
Output may contain errors, bias, outdated or fabricated information (“hallucinations”). Content is not legal/medical/financial advice. For high-stakes decisions, use human verification.
5.2. Labeling synthetic content
We place explicit “AI generated/modified” labels/metadata for images/audio/video and text when required by law or our policy. Creating deepfakes requires a clear disclaimer; using someone else’s image/voice requires a lawful basis and consents. Users must preserve such labels when distributing content created in the Service.
5.3. Router Disclosure
Where possible, the interface shows: model name/version, provider, mode (e.g., “fast/thorough”), known constraints (context, limits), knowledge cutoff date, and a link to the provider’s rules.
5.4. Model training
By default, we do not use your Input/Output to train our models or third-party base models without separate consent. When routing to external providers, we strive to pass parameters disabling training on user data (where available), but individual providers may have their own modes. Do not upload materials without rights; respect rights holders’ machine-readable restrictions on text and data mining (TDM).
6. Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited: violations of law/sanctions/export controls; infringement of IP/privacy/trademarks; harmful activity (malware, phishing, botnets), bypassing limits and scraping without permission; attempts to extract weights/datasets of closed models; sending/processing personal data without a lawful basis; impersonation; generation of illegal content. We may apply quotas, rate limits, and anti-abuse modules.
7.Complaints
An internal complaint system is available; where provided, independent out-of-court dispute resolution is supported. We publish an annual transparency report and maintain contact points for authorities/users.
8.1. Submitting a notice
Provide: (i) exact URL/ID of the content; (ii) legal or contractual basis of the violation; (iii) description of facts; (iv) name and email of the notifier; (v) good-faith declaration. Incomplete notices may be rejected. Channel: info@aipotnetwork.com or the form in the interface. We will communicate the facts/circumstances, legal/contractual basis of the decision, information on automation (if used), and available avenues of appeal (internal, external, judicial).
We provide a digital service/content. For Consumers, rules on conformity/updates apply; in case of lack of conformity—remedial measures, price reduction, or termination under EU and Polish law.
The Service may be unavailable during maintenance/incidents. “Beta” features are experimental and may change/turn off without prior notice and without SLA.
We do not exclude/limit liability where prohibited by law. Otherwise the Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages/loss of profits/data loss; aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the last 3 months, subject to mandatory Consumer rights.
We may suspend or terminate access in case of material law/sanctions/export-control violations/non-payment, and to prevent security threats. You may stop using the Service at any time; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
We may update the Terms; material changes—With notice (email/banner) at least 14 days before they take effect, where required. Legal notices will be sent to your account email; your notices—to info@aipotnetwork.com.
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. For Consumers, mandatory laws of their country of residence apply. Disputes with business Users are subject to the courts of Poland. Consumers may bring claims in the courts of their country.
Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us for losses caused by your violations of the law.
Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays/non-performance due to extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances.
Assignment. You may not assign rights/obligations without our written consent; we may assign in corporate reorganization with notice.
Severability. Invalidity of part of the Terms does not affect the rest.
No waiver. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.
